Brotherhood

At Theta Tau, Brotherhood is the foundation of our chapter. As the first and only shared-school chapter between FAMU and FSU, we take pride in creating events and experiences that bridge the gap between both campuses. Our Brotherhood is built on trust, accountability, and shared growth, creating a unified community where every member feels included and valued. Through these shared experiences, we foster genuine camaraderie and create a space where members can grow, have fun, and build friendships that last well beyond college. We intentionally plan events that strengthen our bonds beyond academics, such as:

Retreats

Brotherhood Retreats allow Brothers to step away from daily responsibilities and focus on strengthening their relationships with one another. Through team-building activities, reflection, and shared experiences, retreats build trust and create memories that last a lifetime.

Founders Day 

Founders Day is a time to honor the history and legacy of Theta Tau while reflecting on the values that unite us. Brothers come together to celebrate the fraternity’s origins, recognize its growth, and recommit to the principles that guide our chapter today.

Banquet

Banquet is a formal celebration that recognizes the accomplishments and milestones of our Brothers throughout the year. This event brings the chapter together to reflect on shared successes, honor outstanding contributions, and strengthen the bonds that make Theta Tau a lifelong Brotherhood.

Intramurals + Athletics

Participating in intramural sports and other group activities promotes teamwork, camaraderie, and healthy competition. These shared experiences allow Brothers to build trust while representing Theta Tau together outside of academic and professional settings.
